Partners
They own the relationship and the call on what should happen next. You work with people who can look across the business, not a single founder pretending to be a department.
About the firm
The work began in finance, then moved into the center of the operation: executive management, data, business intelligence, and technology. Large environments taught the firm something it still works from.
Most organizations do not suffer from a lack of effort. They suffer from a lack of clarity.
Before the firm existed, that work meant building the data and intelligence layer so management could see what was actually happening. The order of the work never changed: questions first, then the solution.
Today we work with entrepreneurs and organizations that are trying to build, improve, or scale something that matters. Sometimes the answer is a growth path. Sometimes a reporting structure. Sometimes a system a team can run. The job is not to sell the same service to every business. The job is to understand the business well enough to know what should happen next.
The people
This is not a personal brand with a company name on it. Partners own the relationship. Employees and specialists deliver the work. You meet the people on your engagement, and the firm is built so the work can continue when any one of us is not in the room.

Strategy, growth, data, and technology people who do the work. Some sit with you. Some build the system. The work does not live in one person's head.
You meet the people on your work. Partners and employees, across the services we deliver. The firm is built so the engagement can continue when any one of us is not in the room.
The firm was founded by Bilal Zidaniy. It is run with partners and a team. The name on the door is not the offer. The offer is the work we do together.
Name the constraint. The market you cannot see, the number nobody trusts, the thing that should grow and will not. That is what we need to hear. Not a request for a meeting.
