Approach
Understand first. Build second. Measure everything. Then grow.
The questions we start with
- What is actually happening?
- Where does the information come from?
- Who is responsible for what?
- Where is money being made or lost?
- What does management need to see?
- Which processes are slowing the company down?
- What should technology solve, and what should not be built at all?
Then the work
01
Understand
What is actually happening? Where does the number come from? Who is responsible? Where is money made or lost? What should technology solve, and what should not be built at all?
02
Build
Only then do we design the next thing. Sometimes that is a growth path. Sometimes a reporting structure. Sometimes a system the team can run. Sometimes we tell you the thing you asked for is not the thing you need yet.
03
Measure
The work has to hold a number. We stay with the measurement until the picture is honest, so the next decision is made with something people can trust.
04
Grow
Growth comes after the foundation is visible. We do not add more activity to a business that still cannot see itself.
What we will not do
The work has to connect.
- We do not add marketing to a business that has not defined what it is selling.
- We do not build technology because technology sounds impressive.
- We do not build dashboards that only display numbers.
- We do not write a strategy nobody inside the company can execute.
- We will tell you if the thing you asked for is not the thing you need yet.
The next decision is hard because the picture is not.
Name the constraint. The market you cannot see, the number nobody trusts, the thing that should grow and will not. That is what we need to hear. Not a request for a meeting.
