Market Intelligence ("we", "us", "our") is a SaaS analytics platform operated from Tel Aviv, Israel. We help marketing teams analyse their Meta advertising performance using AI. You can reach us at contact@market-intelligence.ai.
Account data: Your name, email address, and company name when you register.
Meta advertising data: Campaign, ad set, ad, and creative performance metrics pulled from your connected Meta accounts via the official Meta Graph API. This includes spend, impressions, clicks, ROAS, and other ad performance metrics.
Organic content data: Facebook Page post and Instagram business account post metrics, pulled only for Pages and accounts you explicitly connect and activate.
Authentication tokens: Short-lived and long-lived Facebook access tokens required to retrieve your data. These are encrypted at rest using AWS KMS and never exposed to other users or third parties.
Usage data: Standard server logs including request timestamps and error logs. No behavioral tracking or advertising pixels are used.
We use your data exclusively to provide the Market Intelligence service — specifically to sync your Meta advertising data, power the AI chat interface, and display analytics in your dashboard. We do not use your data to train AI models, build advertising profiles, or for any purpose beyond delivering the service you signed up for.
Your data is stored in a dedicated, isolated MySQL database on AWS infrastructure. No customer's data is stored in a shared database with other customers. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Facebook access tokens are additionally encrypted using AWS Key Management Service (KMS) before being written to storage.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only external service that receives your data is AWS, which provides our hosting infrastructure and is bound by AWS's data processing agreements. We may disclose data if required by law and will notify you where legally permitted to do so.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or submit a data deletion request, we will permanently delete all your data within 30 days. Backups containing your data are purged on the same schedule.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including: access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, portability of your data, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@market-intelligence.ai.
We use only strictly necessary session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By creating an account or using Market Intelligence, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Market Intelligence.
Market Intelligence is an AI-powered analytics platform that connects to your Meta advertising accounts via the Meta Graph API and provides natural language querying of your ad performance data. We provide the platform; the advertising data remains yours.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to connect the Meta Ad Accounts and Pages you link to the service. By connecting an account, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@market-intelligence.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to: attempt to access other customers' data; reverse engineer or scrape the platform; use the service for any unlawful purpose; introduce malicious code; or resell access to the service without written permission.
Your use of Market Intelligence is also subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We access Meta data solely on your behalf and within the permissions you explicitly grant. You remain responsible for your compliance with Meta's advertiser policies.
You retain full ownership of your advertising data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim any rights over your campaign data.
The Market Intelligence platform — including its code, design, AI prompts, and documentation — is our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Your data belongs to you. Here's how to remove it.
The fastest way is directly from your dashboard:
Sign in to your account at market-intelligence.ai/login
Go to Dashboard → Connected Accounts
Click "Disconnect Facebook" next to any connected account
Confirm disconnection — tokens are revoked and connection records are removed immediately
To permanently delete your Market Intelligence account and all associated data, email us at contact@market-intelligence.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Include: the email address associated with your account and your company/workspace name. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
We do not retain any copy of your data after deletion is complete.
If you want to request data deletion through Meta directly, go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find Market Intelligence, and click Remove. This triggers our automated deletion process. This page also serves as our official Data Deletion Callback URL as required by Meta's Platform Policy.
